Normal Delivery Cost Guide
Most UK Orders
Single discs or sets are subject to a £1 delivery charge. Orders for two or more (or advance & standing orders of new releases) are FREE in the UK.
All orders placed for discs, on the phone or on-line are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class or Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required for Recorded Delivery. This usually takes 24-48 hours to arrive. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within 48 hours, so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Equipment & disc orders that are too heavy or high value to send with Royal Mail will be send with a courier. Orders up to 25kg are subject to a £9.95 delivery charge if the total value is under £150.
If a product is out of stock or no longer available and the order will have to be cancelled we will let you know. The stock qty status on the website is normally 99.99% correct but on rare occasions errors can happen, again we will let you know of any delays caused by this.
International orders for 1-4 discs are subject to a £7.95 delivery charge for Europe. For larger orders or outside Europe the cost may be more. We will contact you if the delivery cost is more than £10.
Non mainland UK and international orders for equipment are subject to an additional delivery charge. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination it is going to, we will contact you with a delivery cost before sending.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check deliveries and if they do not have time to do so, then they must sign as "unchecked". Cookies are not liable if the customer has signed for the goods as being in "good condition".
Any shortages or damages must be notified on the phone within 24 hours of receipt and also in writing (fax or email is OK), within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend that all discs be inspected on the day of receipt before playing them.
Whilst Cookies undertake that every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered promptly, no liability will be accepted for a delay in dispatch or delivery of the goods. We will only arrange carriage collection from a customer at no cost if we have delivered the wrong goods and the mistake is clearly our fault. For small items where we have delivered in error, we request that the customer returns the package to us via recorded delivery, the expense for which shall be re-credited.
